Breakdowns Eliminated	Saturday, June 27, 2026
Reviewer: Gavin Whitaker, Consultant from Bismarck, ND

The previous touchless fixtures in our municipal offices required repeated electronic repairs that frustrated both staff and visitors. Since upgrading to this model, those recurring breakdowns have disappeared, creating a much more reliable environment for daily public use.

Flow Precision	Sunday, April 26, 2026
Reviewer: Olivia Bennett, Infrastructure Consultant from Columbus, OH

Rather than continuing to service older gooseneck sensor faucets with recurring calibration drift, we installed 18 units of the Solo Hands-Free Faucet across rehabilitation facilities between 2022 and 2024. As of 2026, the units continue to deliver highly stable operation with minimal servicing intervention. The gooseneck profile improved sink accessibility and reduced splash accumulation during high-frequency usage, while the exterior finish maintained strong resistance against disinfectant exposure and moisture-heavy environments. Infrared responsiveness also remained highly accurate during repeated activation cycles. From a technical servicing standpoint, valve timing and sensing consistency remained highly uniform between all installed units. No significant electronic failures or structural issues have been observed since commissioning.

This improves the area's general cleanliness and offers a more seamless, contemporary user experience.

Durability is one of the most important things we take into account when specifying fixtures. We were impressed by the Bathselect Faucet's robust construction and long-lasting materials. It seems sturdy and well-made, suggesting durability even with regular use. This endurance is a huge benefit to any project since it not only guarantees client happiness but also lowers maintenance costs over time.

Great Customer Support	Monday, December 18, 2023
Reviewer: WXY architecture from Camp Hill, PA

We took our time searching for the best commercial sensor faucets on the market, and we came across the Bath Select, which offered a good range of sensor faucets at a fair price. For our restaurant, we placed an order for ten pieces of the deck mount chrome finish, and they arrived in three business days, extremely nicely packaged, with installation instructions included. The quality is outstanding. Installation was EASY and SIMPLE.
